Shifra Centre for Wellness delivers woman-centered, evidence-based holistic care, focusing on mental, physical, and spiritual health. Established in 2016, it is Cochrane's first holistic women's maternity/health care centre, specializing in pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and post-partum care through an integrated approach. The clinic supports women's health needs with exceptional care, connection, encouragement, compassion, and support within the Cochrane area.
