P3 Kinesiology

P3 Kinesiology, established in 2020 by Ryan Murphy in Courtenay, BC, guides clients in movement and health & wellness through an approach centered on Purpose, Practice, and Perspective. The clinic offers personalized strength & conditioning, Pilates, and Kinesiology programs, including active rehabilitation. Currently, the clinic is not accepting new clients until mid-late April 2025.
