Since 2003, Open Space Yoga has been warmly embraced by the local community in Ladner Village, striving to provide a safe, non-competitive space that welcomes creativity and encourages community for all individuals. They believe yoga is for everyone and aim to foster health, self-discovery, well-being, and a balanced life through mindful yoga practice.
