“Alex was the best doula our family could ever ask for. She was very responsive by text and by phone during the the weeks leading up to the birth of our child. On the day when I went into labor she was constantly checking in on me at every step of the way. When she realized that my contractions started getting less consistent and more spaced out, she suggested certain exercises and eventually came over my home and coached me through different exercises to help my baby get in the right position s
