Autumn Conn Psychotherapy

Autumn Conn is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, supporting individuals across Niagara and online who are struggling with anxiety, body image concerns, eating challenges, and life transitions. Her work aims to help clients feel more at ease in their mind, more connected to themselves, and more confident in how they move through the world. Sessions are individual, one-on-one, and 60 minutes, available in person in St. Catharines or virtually across Ontario.
