Sports Medicine Centre - Kanata

The Sports Medicine Centre, located inside the Bell Sensplex in Kanata, opened in December 2011. Founded by Gerry Townend and Daniel Alfredsson, it aims to provide NHL-level services to the public. The multi-disciplinary clinic offers Athletic Therapy, Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning Coaching, Registered Massage Therapy, Sports Medicine Physician, Physiatry, Psychotherapy, Mental Performance Consulting, and medical retail supplies, including customized bracing, for all age groups and activity levels.
