Adele Pretorius Clinical Counselling

Adéle Pretorius is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Her background as an anesthesiologist provides a scientific basis, complemented by a holistic approach to mental well-being. She integrates various evidence-based counselling theories and is training in Somatic Experiencing® and EMDR to offer individualized, body-mind-focused therapy.
