Andrea Prochazka Counselling

Andrea Prochazka is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, passionate about developing strong, safe relationships where clients feel comfortable, accepted, and honoured. This approach creates space for change, helps diminish pain, cope with life's challenges, and foster purpose and self-acceptance. She draws on multiple evidence-based modalities including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness, Parts Work, Body-Based Awareness, and is certified in EMDR.
