Maternal Health Niagara

Maternal Health Niagara, founded by Emily, is Niagara's first perinatal mental health clinic established in 2017. It supports individuals, couples, and families through the perinatal period and beyond with trauma-focused mental health therapy. Services are available in St. Catharines and virtually across Ontario, also addressing anxiety, relationships, grief, identity, trauma, and major life transitions across the lifespan.
