Julia Xu is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor specializing in anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma healing, and marriage restoration. She supports individuals, couples, children, and teens using a compassionate, faith-informed counselling approach, integrating tools like IFS, CBT, EFT, and creative art, drama, and play-based methods. Her goal is to help clients discover inner strength, heal from past pain, and build tools for emotional peace and healthier relationships.
