Mental Health Svc

This multidisciplinary program, offered by Horizon Health Network, provides individual and group addiction and mental health counseling services to adults 19 years of age or older. Clients are assessed for substance misuse, harmful gambling, and mental health-related concerns, then referred to appropriate clinicians. Services can be in-office or community-based, with collaboration involving family and community partners.
