Snaw-Naw-As Health Centre

The Snaw-naw-as Health Centre is an Indigenous-led facility overlooking Nanoose Bay that delivers integrated community care to Nanoose First Nation members both on and off reserve. Funded by the First Nations Health Authority and Island Health, the Health Centre provides inclusive Indigenous-led primary care, mental health and wellness counselling, traditional healing and holistic therapies (such as acupuncture and reflexology), home and community care, maternal and child health, and elder supports.
