Autumn is a late-identified neurodivergent therapist (ADHD & AuDHD) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). She supports neurodivergent adults and families with a strength-based, collaborative approach that respects individual creativity, sensitivities, and brain function. Sessions are sensory-aware, collaborative, and can include nature-based therapy to foster grounding and connection.
