Seed Studio

Seed Studio is a Pilates Studio & Wellness Collective rooted in Squamish, offering an integrated studio experience centered on Pilates, Registered Massage Therapy, Reiki, Acupuncture, and Prenatal + Postnatal Care. They provide a safe and inclusive space with instructors trained in both classical and contemporary Pilates, crafting group classes and private sessions.
