Simply Nourish

Simply Nourish is founded by Katy, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Perinatal Registered Nurse, and Reiki Master. Katy and Steph support families in the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver Area in their transition to life with newborns. They provide emotional support and teach techniques to help parents feel more confident about the new challenges of raising children.
