Lesa is a 2200 hr RMT graduate with Honors, passionate about natural health and able to treat a wide range of conditions using orthopedic assessment. She employs techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and dynamic cupping to improve health, longevity, and mobility.
