What to expect
A person reads every message. We aim to reply within one business day. We are a small team based in Alberta. There is no phone line and no overnight or weekend coverage, so a message sent after hours is usually answered the next business day.
You will not get an automatic acknowledgement — the next email you get from us is a real reply. Please do not include patient names or health information in your message.

Each link opens an email to care@clinicdirectory.ca with the subject filled in, which is how your message reaches the right person fastest.
Something on my listing is wrong
Most listings are built from public sources, so wrong hours, an old address, a dead phone number or the wrong service are expected — tell us and we will fix it. Include the clinic name and the page address if you have it.
I cannot claim my clinic
The verification email never arrived, the link expired, or the listing is not the one you were expecting. Tell us which clinic and what happened, and a person will finish the verification with you.
I want my profile removed
You can have your clinic taken off the directory. We will ask you to confirm you own or represent the clinic, then unpublish the listing. This is the opt-out route named in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Billing or subscription
Questions about an invoice, a charge, changing plan, or cancelling. Your plan and payment method are also editable in the dashboard.
Something on the site is broken
A page that will not load, a button that does nothing, an error message. Telling us the page address and what you were doing is enough.
Something else
Feedback, a question about how the directory works, press, or anything that does not fit above.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, or deletion of your personal information — and any question about how we handle data — goes to our Privacy Officer at privacy@clinicdirectory.ca. See the Privacy Policy for the full process and timelines.
What we cannot do
We are a directory, not a clinic. We cannot book, change, or cancel an appointment for you, and we cannot give medical advice or pass on clinical questions — those go directly to the clinic. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.
