I first started training with Ian 8 years ago, and after a few months together, I was in the best shape of my life. Ian’s focus on stability, flexibility, and mobility really helped me focus on the things I used to overlook when training on my own. As an avid downhill skier and cross country mountain bikes, these things have become increasingly important year after year. Training with Ian allows me to continue doing the things I enjoy, at a high level.
