Guelph Psychology Centre

The psychologists at the Guelph Psychology Centre provide service to adults, couples, children and adolescents in a caring, supportive, and comfortable environment. Therapy is evidence-based, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. They also offer EMDR for simple single episode traumas, with both virtual and in-person services available.
