Radical Movement

Radical Movement was founded by Megs, an ex-competitive figure skater, to help others navigate the post-competition journey and achieve their health and fitness goals. The private training gym, located in Lorette, focuses on strength training, coaching, and educating clients to improve their health, performance, and overall well-being. They offer in-person and online training options, along with Fascial Stretch Therapy.
