Alysha Stratton graduated from the Lethbridge Massage Therapy program (2200 hours) specializing in relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. She has taken training in myofascial cupping, gua sha, and pre/postnatal massage, with plans for additional courses in infant massage.
