Practicing since 2018, Lorel graduated with honors from Vicars’ School of Massage Therapy (2200-hour program) and is an active member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. She specializes in dynamic cupping, event/sport massage, reflexology, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stress reduction, drawing on her extensive ergonomics background and triathlete experience.
