About the Clinic
Mental Health and Crisis Services (MHCS), previously known as the Crisis Intervention Centre (CIC), provides free, confidential mental health support for individuals aged 16 and older. No referral is required, and individuals can call or walk in for support, including same-day assistance for those feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or experiencing symptoms of mental illness.
