At Hope Restored we want to ensure you get the best fit and service possible. To ensure this we initially book free 15 minute phone consultations with all of our clients to discuss your symptoms, goals, and desired outcomes from sessions together. This way we can make sure you're set up with the best therapist for you, and allows us to get to know you before your first session.
