I was suffering from lots of pelvic pain and back pain after my hysterectomy prior to making an appointment at milestone! Sometimes these pains were so intense they would leave me bed ridden for several days. After my first appt with Radha Durai Babu I felt almost immediate relief and she was very kind and professional. Gave me 1 or 2 exercises to start slow and we’ve added a few more on as the weeks have gone by. It’s been 1.5 months and I haven’t had the same type of pain since. Highly recomme
