CHOICE (Comprehensive Home Option of Integrated Care for the Elderly) rehabilitation programs engage clients as active participants to improve or maintain their health and independence. They assist clients in their rehabilitation goals, helping seniors continue living independently in their own homes by managing their health requirements. Clients attend programs two or more times a week for rehabilitative or restorative therapy, therapeutic recreation, and cognitive and personal programs, with options for overnight stays and respite care.
