The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Alberta is dedicated to enhancing communication and improving lives, empowering individuals to manage a range of communication and swallowing disorders. As Canada's largest speech-language pathology training program, it is part of North America's only free-standing rehabilitation faculty, addressing issues of speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive function through research, clinical work, and teaching.
