Hamilton ACTT 2

Hamilton Assertive Community Treatment Team 2 (Hamilton ACTT2) delivers specialized community-based services to people 18 years and older within the Greater Hamilton area. They serve individuals with complex physical, psychological, and social needs due to severe mental illness, with priority given to those with schizophrenia, schizoaffective, or other psychotic disorders. The program provides comprehensive, individualized services to help clients achieve mental health symptom reduction, increased housing stability, heightened independence, and improved life satisfaction.
