Please note we are closed 3pm-5:45 on Mondays and Wednesdays and we don’t have reception on evenings or some weekends so please leave a message during those times. Thank you!(Please arrive 15-20 min early for first appointment only, 5 min early for all other appointments. Appointments are aprox 20 min, $30 per session for 13 and up ( 12 and under are free with paying parent) Please bring your own socks and water ( drink a bit before to help flow and for after!), there are some to purchase if forgotten. Also we are NHPC members if you have benefits that support holistic  coverage, flex or health and wellness spending accounts, you can pay and submit!
