About the Clinic
The London InterCommunity Health Centre has been part of London’s Old East community since 1989. It provides inclusive and equitable health and social services in a welcoming setting to those who experience barriers to care, including individuals facing poverty, homelessness, language or culture barriers, and complex or chronic health conditions like mental health and substance use. The Health Centre operates three East London locations, offering team-based care that includes family doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, and dietitians.
