E.A.S.E. Into Therapy

E.A.S.E. Into Therapy is my virtual counselling practice, created as a space where you can bring your full self without having to explain, defend, or minimize who you are.

I support individuals and couples navigating grief and loss, trauma, chronic illness and pain, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life’s unexpected transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. It is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, grief-literate, culturally attuned, and shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I draw from somatic, emotion-focused, narrative, acceptance-based, and mindfulness approaches, adapting our work to what feels meaningful and supportive for you.

You do not need to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out. I will meet you where you are, honour the pace that feels right for you, and help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and build greater clarity and self-trust. My role is not to fix you, because I do not believe you are broken. You are becoming, and you do not have to do that work alone.
