Katherine Lush Counselling is a Nanaimo-based counsellor offering therapy with training in mindfulness-based practices, family systems, attachment, trauma-informed therapy, eating disorders, addictions, conflict resolution, and strength-based cognitive behavioural therapy. The practice aims to create a safe space for clients to explore and leverage their natural abilities to achieve a happy, healthy, and satisfying life.
