Established in 1992, Activ Physio (formerly Killens Reid Physio) is a downtown Ottawa physio clinic. They specialize in Manual Therapy (FCAMPT certified), Pelvic Health for all genders, and Dry Needling, among other services. All sessions are one-on-one in private rooms, focused on improving physical performance, managing pain, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
