About the Clinic
The Mental Wellness Centre aims to alleviate suffering from mental illness and improve the quality of life for those affected, their families, friends, and the community. They provide free mental health services through two programs: Peer Support and Family Support. These programs offer individual and group support, educational courses, and assistance with community resources, available both online and in-person.
