About the Clinic
12th Wellness is located in the Whitmore Park neighborhood of Regina, near the University of Regina. Michelle Harvey, founder of 12th Wellness, has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since April 2000, with a special interest in trauma, vision, concussion, and meditation. Patients are advised to have something light in their stomach before acupuncture and avoid caffeine for 3 hours prior.
