Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Regina North offers a unique variety of group yoga and fitness fusion classes, combining intense cardio and core workouts, balance training, flexibility, and strengthening. All classes are complimented by deep breathing, relaxation, and a calming of the mind in state-of-the-art FAR Infrared heat therapy. Members step outside of daily chaos to embrace the fire within, flowing or working out to hot beats in a darkened, candle-lit studio.
