Elizabeth Sheppard is a registered clinical social worker in St. John's NL with 32 years of experience in mental health, physical rehabilitation, and medical social work. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, complicated grief, trauma, clinical anger, and PTSD, and is a certified EMDR therapy practitioner. The clinic also welcomes Spencer Hewitt, who specializes in working with young adults facing life stage challenges, ADHD, anxiety, and supporting new Canadians.
