About the Clinic
NorWest Community Health Centres provides high quality and integrated primary health care services, fosters community development and advocates to improve health and wellbeing for vulnerable people and communities. They deliver primary health care and health promotion programs in northwestern Ontario communities. The centres serve diverse individuals and communities in areas like Armstrong, Longlac, Kakabeka, and Thunder Bay, focusing on supporting those who have difficulty finding health care services and wellness supports.
