About the Clinic
The West End Mental Health Team provides community-based assessment and treatment to adults diagnosed with a major mental illness who are experiencing significant problems that interfere with their daily functioning. These services support adults aged 19 and above with moderate to severe mental health, substance use, and concurrent mental health and substance use disorders, offering a range of integrated services to encourage collaboration with local community services.
