Susan Guttridge is a Master Degree Counsellor and EMDR Certified Therapist with over 20 years of experience, having opened Live Happy in Vernon, BC, in 2013. Her expertise lies in trauma therapy, including First Responder witnessing, relational abuse, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, traumatic loss, grief, depression, and life transitions. She focuses on helping clients develop affect regulation skills to support their healing journey.
